Why Public Schools Cannot Be Reformed.
Fritz, Marshall
Crisis in Education, p46 Feb 1998
Parents can help the United States separate school and state by separating their own families from state schooling. There is a movement to separate school and state supported by educators, scholars, parents, and religious leaders. (SM)
