Predicting Work Transition Outcomes for Students with Disabilities: Implications for Counselors.

Predictors of postsecondary school success were examined by analyzing a five-year database of 2258 students with disabilities participating in internship programs at six sites. Factors predicting acceptance of a job offer were identified through discriminant analysis. Students who participate in programs are strongly motivated to work. Implications for research and practice are considered. (Author/EMK)
