Sharpe, Tom; Lounsbery, Monica
School Psychology Quarterly, v12 n4 p327-43 Win 1997
Examines how sequential-behavior feedback affects the practice-teaching experiences of four undergraduate teacher trainees. Results show strong positive results for teacher-trainee improvement in meeting instructional and organizational challenges in the classroom, in moving from an organizational to an instructional focus, and in pupil improvement in on-task behavior.
