Distance Education Speculation.
Green, Kenneth C.
Trusteeship, v5 n6 p10-14 Nov-Dec 1997
Before college and university leaders rush to capitalize on distance education, they should be aware that the boom may not last. An institution's overall technology plan should include a business plan, curriculum content development, and faculty recognition and reward. (MSE)
