An evaluation of the Boulder Valley (Boulder, CO) Internet Project (K-12) investigated how the project could be improved and if it could be replicated in other school districts. Describes the Integrated Technology Adoption and Diffusion Model that guided research and analysis and uses several theoretical models of innovation adoption within educational environments to interpret the results.
