Argues that Youth Education Life Line faces limitations in its effort to pressure for frank HIV/AIDS education because of its postmodern approach to education and lack of political and economic resources. It supports the notion that sometimes lack of resources rather than "identity infighting" can significantly undermine a new social movement's advances. (GR)
