Student Study Choices in the Principles of Economics: A Case Study of Computer Usage.
Grimes, Paul W.; Sanderson, Patricia L.; Ching, Geok H.
Journal of Educational Computing Research, v16 n1 p65-81 1997
A survey of university economic students given the chance to use computer assisted instruction (CAI) for supplemental study determined that black students spent less time using CAI, while students who were older, who had greater access to computers, who had taken a course in computer operations, and who highly rated the importance of CAI to their learning, used it more.
