Follows the proposals, meetings, lobbying, and leadership that preceded the addition of a Gender Studies class to the course listing of a college in Georgia. The professor that promoted the course designed it with the following objectives: to apply core behavioral science concepts to the study of gender in U.S. society, and to increase critical thinking and technical capability.
