The Fulbright Program in the Global Knowledge Economy: The Nation's Neglected Comparative Advantage.
Groennings, Sven
Journal of Studies in International Education, v1 n1 p95-105 Spr 1997
Although some argue that the end of the Cold War marks the end of need for the Fulbright Program, designed to address Cold War issues, the need for mutual understanding between countries is greater than ever.
