The Work Schedules of Low-Educated American Women and Welfare Reform.
Presser, Harriet B.; Cox, Amy G.
Monthly Labor Review, v120 n4 p25-34 Apr 1997

Welfare reformers will have to consider improving the fit between the availability of child care and these working mothers' schedules. (Author)
