Discusses the results of two different delivery methods (video and computer-based instruction) for teaching preservice educators how to use an electronic mail system. Analysis of student questionnaires and achievement found significant differences between the methods on students' perceptions of instruction and near-transfer performance (favoring the computer-based instruction group).
