Describes how parents can partner with teachers to create an antibias classroom environment and how such involvement can enhance parental attitudes towards individuals from other cultures. The curriculum partnership includes regular meetings with parents to explain and plan the antibias curriculum, a parents' committee to design an educational newsletter, sponsorship of multicultural events, and sharing one's cultural heritage with students.
