Gender Stereotypes during Adolescence: Developmental Changes and the Transition to Junior High School.
Alfieri, Thomas; And Others
Developmental Psychology, v32 n6 p1129-37 Nov 1996

Results indicated that gender stereotype flexibility, represented by a selection of the "both" option, increased after the transition into junior high school but decreased over the remaining years of junior high and high school.
