Increasing Participation in Community Education: Ideas from Consumers.

Consumers in 12 St. Louis focus groups (n=115) gave their views on how to enhance participation in community education. Suggestions fell into three general areas: (1) provide appropriate program content; (2) remove barriers to participation; and (3) enhance community awareness of opportunities afforded through community education.
