Examined school improvement in the Framingham (MA) public schools to determine if the administration and school committee, local businesses with an interest in education, and agencies that provide training and technical assistance to schools have similar ideas on how schools should improve. Findings show shared interests among groups but differing visions depending on the group's responsibilities. (GR)
