Usable responses were received from 172 matched sample sets (vocational teachers, principals, counselors, and special education teachers in high schools; teachers, directors, and vocational resource educators in area vocational schools). Teachers felt more confident with disadvantaged than disabled students and with economically more than academically disadvantaged students. Administrators and special needs support personnel perceived the teachers to be more effective than teachers felt. (SK)
