A survey of 70 faculty at 1 public research university investigated faculty perceptions of the impact of financial constraints on curriculum development, faculty development, and instructional technology at the institution. Responses indicated the faculty were both knowledgeable and concerned about the institution's fiscal situation, and had preferences concerning strategies to reduce financial constraints. (MSE)
