Teacher Support Groups: Why They Emerge and the Role They Play.
Rich, Sharon J.
Education Canada, v35 n3 p15-21 Fall 1995
Teacher support groups can promote professional development by encouraging ownership of the professional agenda, enhancing collegial interaction, and reducing program fragmentation.
