Is Sovereign Immunity Archaic? Protections for Colleges and Universities Continue to Erode.
Broadhurst, Arthur G.
Business Officer, v29 n10 p40-43 Apr 1996
Public college and university administrators are concerned about steady erosion of immunities and tort caps traditionally relied upon for protection against lawsuits.
