Investigates influences of numerous teacher, student, and course characteristics on three aggregate measures of faculty performance, using University of North Florida university faculty-evaluation data. The ordered probit regressions indicate differences in the relative importance of faculty characteristics, depending on whether students are evaluating instructional quality, lecture quality, or course value.
