What We Can Learn from Multicultural Education Research.
Ladson-Billings, Gloria
Educational Leadership, v51 n8 p22-26 May 1994
Many multicultural education research findings can be applied in the everyday world of teachers and administrators. Whether teachers' race and ethnicity matters remains an open question. (28 references) (MLH)
