Researchers collaborated with secondary science and mathematics teachers to better understand their constraints when trying to navigate change. Teachers read various national reform documents, discussed change, then generated action projects exploring what they gleaned from the readings. Researchers found that teachers were more unsure about what to do than resistant. (SM)
