Teaching Preschool Children with Disabilities Tutoring Skills: Effects on Preacademic Behaviors.

This study investigated the use of reciprocal peer tutoring with six preschool children with disabilities. All six were given the opportunity to become both tutor and tutee. Improvements in tutoring were matched by increases in preacademic responses. Implications for training preschool students with disabilities to be both tutors and tutees are noted. (Author/LKS)
