How Do You Evaluate Everyone Who Isn't a Teacher?
Tucker, Pamela D.; Stronge, James H.
School Administrator, v51 n11 p18-23 Dec 1994
Most states mandate evaluation of all certified employees, but most school systems lack a prescribed evaluation process for counselors, nurses, librarians, media specialists, and school psychologists. The Professional Support Personnel Evaluation Model defines a prescriptive, yet flexible seven-step process based on identifying system needs and professional duties, selecting performance indicators, setting performance standards, documenting and evaluating job performance, and improving and maintaining professional service.
