Evaluated experimental intervention intended to make behavior of college student resident advisors more productive when they received formal, oral performance appraisal by supervisor. Resident advisors (n=21) were randomly assigned to intervention group which received instruction in 12 strategies they could use in evaluations or to control group. Intervention participants received significantly higher ratings from supervisors. (Author/NB)
