Assessed effects of Christmas holiday celebrations and programs in public schools on Christian and non-Christian (Baha'i, Buddhist, Jewish, and Sikh) children (n=222) in grades four, five, and six. Findings revealed that in December non-Christian children had lower self-concepts and more negative perceptions of their classroom social environment than did Christian children. (NB)
