Enhancing Teaching Effectiveness of Industrial Technology Graduate Assistants.

An assessment was made of student ratings of the teaching performance of six industrial technology teaching assistants who did not receive teacher training and seven who did. Ratings were significantly higher for the latter. Experimentals had greater infusion of content and methods strategies and higher affective ratings. Interviews added qualitative evidence of the training's effectiveness. (SK)
