This article reviews federal legislation affecting technology service delivery for infants and toddlers with disabilities. Suggestions are provided for working with families to ensure that needed technology and related services can be obtained. Suggestions include determining appropriate technology, identifying funding sources, documenting needs, using the right wording in funding applications, and appealing application denials. (JDD)
