The Relationships among Career Decision-Making Self-Efficacy, Educational Indecision, Vocational Indecision, and Gender.
Bergeron, Lynn M.; Romano, John L.
Journal of College Student Development, v35 n1 p19-24 Jan 1994
Examined three levels of vocational and education indecision (decided, tentatively decided, undecided) among university students (n=124). Results showed significant differences between career self-efficacy and educational and vocational indecision, but gender differences were not found. If student reported having decided upon college major, he or she likely reported same level of decision concerning career choice. (Author/NB)
