Developed Anxiety about Aging Scale (AAS) and administered scale to 312 adults. Data analysis revealed presence of four interpretable factors: Fear of Old People, Psychological Concerns, Physical Appearance, and Fear of Loss. Men were significantly more anxious about aging than were women on the AAS. (Author/NB)
