Cognitive, Psychosocial, and Reported Sexual Behavior Differences between Pregnant and Nonpregnant Adolescents.
Holden, George W.; And Others
Adolescence, v28 n111 p557-72 Fall 1993
Assessed differences in pregnant (n=69) and nonpregnant (n=58) adolescents on cognitive, psychosocial, and sexual behavior variables. Pregnant teenagers were more likely than nonpregnant teenagers to be doing poorly in school; less likely to use contraceptives; more likely to have relative or friend who was adolescent mother; and more likely to expect child rearing to be easier.
