Educational Administrators' and Teachers' Knowledge of Classroom Assessment.

A national sample of administrators and teachers was surveyed concerning their knowledge of classroom assessment. Results indicated that administrators, on average, were more knowledgeable than teachers, and that both groups demonstrated considerable knowledge in certain areas. In other areas, both groups were deficient. Inservice and preservice professionals could use additional training. (Contains 12 references.) (MLH)
