Program directors of 38 Association of Teacher Educators (ATE) award winning school-university collaborative teacher education programs, 1977-89, were surveyed to determine which programs still existed, which had changed, and why. Reasons for program termination included changes in program emphasis, loss or of key personnel, and lack of administrative support. (Author/IAH)
