Graduate Education in the USA.
Hogan, John
Journal of Education Policy, v7 n5 p501-09 Oct-Dec 1992
U.S. graduate education is highly regarded for its well-structured training and increasing student numbers. There is public criticism for training America's international competitors and concern over attrition rates and length of time to complete doctorates. (11 references) (MLH)
