Conducted study to provide descriptive occupational information on African-American managers for use in career counseling with African-American students considering business management careers. Data from 110 African-American managers revealed employment in variety of businesses/industries. Many respondents held college degrees; majority held Master's of Business Administration and worked in banking. Findings indicated sex differences in job functions and salaries. (NB)
