Heppner, P. Paul; And Others
Journal of Counseling Psychology, v39 n1 p20-31 Jan 1992
Explored methods examining therapeutic process that assessed how clients interpret change process and counselors' behavior, content and valence of clients' and counselors' most memorable thoughts immediately after session, and clients' and counselors' memorable thoughts compared with counseling session content. Findings from three counselor-client dyads across seven sessions provided preliminary support of two methodologies: Guided Inquiry and thought listing. (Author/NB)
