This literature review focuses on five currents: (1) politicization of teaching; (2) professionalization of teaching; (3) curriculum reform in teacher education; (4) democratization of teaching; and (5) revitalization of teacher education research. It concludes that scholarship in technology teacher education reflects mainstream issues, but productivity is modest. (SK)
