The Teacher, Standardized Testing, and Prospects of Revolution.
Stake, Robert E.
Phi Delta Kappan, v73 n3 p243-47 Nov 1991
Counterbalancing the simplification of education caused by testing means relying on classroom teachers' conceptual powers.
