Investigates the religious beliefs, practices, and moral judgment of sixth-form students attending Protestant schools in Northern Ireland through three studies carried out-in 1968, 1978, and 1988. Finds girls significantly more religious than boys. Identifies a significant trend toward more orthodox beliefs, and simultaneous rejection of some traditional practices and moral judgment. (NL)
