Organizing the Postindustrial Work Force: Lessons from the History of Waitress Unionism.
Cobble, Dorothy Sue
Industrial and Labor Relations Review, v44 n3 p419-36 Apr 1991

Aspects of this form of unionism may hold promise for revitalizing the labor movement in today's increasingly service-based economy. (SK)
