Steward, Robbie J.; And Others
Journal of College Student Development, v31 n6 p509-15 Nov 1990
Examined alienation and interactional styles in Black college seniors (n=68) enrolled at a predominantly White university. Found that successful Black students changed their interaction styles to accommodate either predominantly White or predominantly Black campus situations. Determined wanted attention from Whites contributed significantly to alienation. (Author/ABL)
