Confidential Settlement Agreements between School Districts and Teachers Accused of Child Abuse: Issues of Law and Ethics.
Fossey, W. Richard
West's Education Law Reporter, v63 n1 p1-10 Dec 6 1990

In addition, a school administrator should ask whether the settlement agreement could assist an unsuitable teacher to obtain employment in another school district. (MLF)
