Examined whether college students who report most experiences of micro-inequities will also report lowest general and academic self-esteem and lowest occupational and educational aspirations. Findings from 335 undergraduates revealed no significant relationships between students' experiences of the campus environment and their general and academic self-esteem or their career and educational aspirations.
