Describes the Behind No Bars program at the Cambria County Prison in Johnstown, Pennsylvania, which was funded by Head Start. Children visited with a jailed parent in pleasant, child-oriented areas. Parenting classes and family counseling were offered to all inmates who were parents of young children. (BB)
