Examination of the educational attainment and employment patterns of 89 learning-disabled 4-year college graduates who had participated in a comprehensive college support program found that most graduates held business-related jobs, that their learning disabilities affected their work, and that most had developed such compensatory strategies as spending extra time on tasks.
