Examined general characteristics and attitudes of women ministers (N=26), including the rewards and challenges they commonly experience. Found women ministers were well educated; many felt they received inadequate compensation; cited a desire to serve God as reason for entering the ministry; and defined success as "contributing to the welfare of the congregation."
