Statistics reflect a growing problem in the Far West: trustees, academic executives, and faculty (particularly at regional and research universities) continue to ignore the need to prepare Latinos for senior leadership roles, especially in areas where they will soon become the majority. Programs actively seeking Latinos are described. (MLW)
