Lip Service: The Contribution of the Visual Modality to Speech Perception and Its Relevance to the Teaching and Testing of Foreign Language Listening Comprehension.
Kellerman, Susan
Applied Linguistics, v11 n3 p272-80 Sep 1990

The implications of these findings for teaching and testing foreign language listening skills are considered. (Author/JL)
