Learning to Talk about Teaching: Collegiality in Clinical Teacher Education.

Findings are reported from an exploratory study involving 30 elementary student teachers. The goal of the study was to develop collegiality among student teachers. Results indicate that collegiality is fostered by opportunities to share responsibility, knowledge, and resources. Two forms of collegiality were identified: helping behaviors and reflective behaviors. (IAH)
