The Impact of the Freshman Year on Epistemological Development: Gender Differences.
Magolda, Marcia B. Baxter
Review of Higher Education, v13 n3 p259-84 Spr 1990

Analysis of student expectations and perceptions of environments shows subtle differences that may account for differential growth, suggesting some approaches to creating equitable learning environments.
